TrueTip to Raise Funds for Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Research
Innovative Styli Maker Commits 10% of Sales from Online Store
FAIRFAX, VA,
-- TrueTip, LLC, will donate 10% of online store sales from now until December 31st, 2010 to raise money for the Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Research (MJFF).
TrueTip's aim is to raise $2,000 or more to enable the Foundation to continue aggressively funding research to find better treatments and a cure for Parkinson's disease. TrueTip is a member of Team Fox, the Foundation's project for supporting community fundraisers working to raise funds and awareness for Parkinson's research.
Karl Robb, Inventor and Co-owner of TrueTip has had Young Onset Parkinson's disease (PD) for the past 20 years. "Parkinson's disease robs over 1.5 million Americans of mobility, speech, balance, strength and control. There is no cure for Parkinson's disease. The work that MJFF is funding is research that could lead to a potential cure."
