One lucky Grand Prize winner will receive the opportunity to name a character in an upcoming Dale Brown novel. This prize will be drawn on December 31, 2007. To enter just read our rules and conditions then fill out the form below.

Rules and Conditions: Simply complete all the fields in the form below and you will be entered into our monthly drawing. At the end of each month, we will draw the name of one lucky winner to win a copy of Mr. Brown's new book. Open to US residents only! Please complete all the fields, incomplete entries will be disqualified. Please only enter once per week, per household. Multiple entries will be disqualified. The winner will be notified by via email. Please use a valid email address as this is how we will contact you. GOOD LUCK!

For the Grand Prize Winner: The winner and TrueTip LLC will have to sign and have notarized an agreement to the following: The Grand Prize winner (the "Winner") will choose a name (the "Name") that will become a character (the "Character") in a forthcoming Dale Brown (the "Author") novel. Winner must reveal who the Name belongs to if not the Winner. If it is not the name of the Winner, Winner must get signed permission to use that Name, or must certify that it is an entirely fictional name, and/or must certify what special meaning or significance the Name has if any. Winner must also agree to allow unlimited use of the Name in perpetuity for any reason whatsoever, that Winner has no rights to the Character or novel, and if necessary will agree to allow Author use of the Name and Character for any reason for the licensing of other media or ancillary rights that may contain the Name. Author may consult with Winner by e-mail about any traits or descriptions of Character but Author alone retains final determination of any and all traits of Character. Author alone chooses in which work the Character shall appear. Winner understands and agrees that last-minute editing may cause the unforeseen deletion of Character. If this happens, the Name shall appear in a subsequent work chosen by Author. Winner and TrueTip LLC shall indemnify and hold harmless the Author, his agents, heirs, assigns, and other persons associated with him, and the Publishers of the novel and their agents, from any loss or cause of action in regards to the Character or Name.
